Position Overview

MDI Prep Learning is seeking knowledgeable and engaging INBDE Instructors to help prepare dental students for success on the Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE). Instructors should possess strong foundational and clinical dental knowledge and be capable of teaching high-yield concepts, clinical reasoning, and testing strategies in an interactive learning environment.

Our instructors are expected to confidently teach material without heavy dependence on review books and should be able to simplify complex dental concepts into practical and understandable lessons for students.

Responsibilities

• Teach live online and/or in-person INBDE review sessions
• Review high-yield dental concepts and clinical applications
• Guide students through board-style questions and case scenarios
• Help students improve critical thinking and testing strategies
• Provide mentorship, accountability, and academic support
• Assist with curriculum development and content review

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dental sciences and clinical dentistry
• DDS/DMD student, graduate, resident, or licensed dentist preferred
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for helping students succeed academically and professionally
