MDI Prep Learning Corp (“MDI Prep”, “we”, “our”, “us”) offers educational services including but not limited to tutoring for exams such as the MCAT, DAT, INBDE, and teacher certification exams, as well as test anxiety workshops, study strategy programs, and related consulting services.

By using MDI Prep services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable policies outlined herein.

  1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals preparing for standardized exams, professional certifications, and other educational goals. You must be at least 16 years old to register for and use our services. If you are under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

  1. Services Offered

MDI Prep offers the following services:

  • Tutoring Services for exams such as the MCAT, DAT, and INBDE.
  • Workshops and Courses related to test anxiety management, study skills, and exam strategies.
  • One-on-One Consultations for personalized educational guidance and tutoring.
  • Digital Content including practice tests, study materials, and video lessons.
  1. Payment and Fees
  • Fees for services vary based on the program or course selected. Full payment must be made upon registration unless otherwise stated.

  • Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods as detailed during checkout.
  • Payment plans may be available for certain programs, subject to approval.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Refer to our Fulfillment Policy for specific details on cancellation and refund procedures:

  • Tutoring and Classes: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Workshops and Digital Products: These are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Special Programs (e.g., Guaranteed Interview Programs): Specific conditions apply for refunds, including the need to meet all program requirements.
  1. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request a reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may not be accommodated and may incur a fee.

  1. User Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time.
  • Follow all instructions and complete assignments, tests, or activities as required.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior or inappropriate conduct during in-person or virtual sessions.
  • Not engage in any activity that would violate the intellectual property rights of MDI Prep or any other party.
  • Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns related to the services.

All content provided through our services, including study materials, videos, practice tests, and any other resources, are the intellectual property of MDI Prep Learning Corp. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share this content with others without prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

MDI Prep Learning Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date, and effective educational content, we cannot guarantee specific results, including passing exams or achieving certain scores.

Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy

  • Students are eligible for a full refund of tuition fees minus the cost of books and materials if they withdraw from the class by the third session.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 30 days of the request.

Delivery Policy

  • Books and materials for courses will be accessible to students online within 48 hours of registration and payment confirmation. Students will receive access credentials via email.

Return Policy

  • Physical books and materials purchased directly from MDI Prep can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Digital materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Cancellation Policy

  • Students may cancel their enrollment in a course or subscription by the third class session for a full refund minus the cost of books and materials. After the third session, no refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to MDI Prep. Subscription cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
