Students are eligible for a full refund of tuition fees minus the cost of books and materials if they withdraw from the class by the third session.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 30 days of the request.
Delivery Policy
Books and materials for courses will be accessible to students online within 48 hours of registration and payment confirmation. Students will receive access credentials via email.
Return Policy
Physical books and materials purchased directly from MDI Prep can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Digital materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment in a course or subscription by the third class session for a full refund minus the cost of books and materials. After the third session, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to MDI Prep. Subscription cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
